The initial deposit of $250.00 is due by cash or check upon flower drop-off. Final payment is due before or at the time of pickup or delivery. This process can take anywhere from 3-6 months from the date we receive your flowers. Final payments not received within 90 days of your completion notice will constitute default and flowers become the property of Legends. We can not refund abandoned flowers as they have been through an expensive process. Deposits can be used as credit towards future keepsakes. 

 

Legends will diligently preserve your flowers and design in the best fashion possible. The condition of flowers at the time of drop-off does contribute to the final look of the preservation and flowers in poor condition will stay in this condition. Our pre-treatment process has great success in reviving many varieties yet some damaged flowers will need replacements.
