he initial deposit of $175.00 is due with the flower arrival our studio. Either by a check or credit card via paypal. Once your Legend preservation is completed you will be notified by e-mail or phone and the final payment is due before delivery. This is generally 6-8 weeks from the date we receive your flowers. Final payments not received within 60 days of your completion notice will constitute default and flowers become the property of Legends. We can not refund abandoned flowers as they have been through an expensive process.

Legends will diligently preserve and design in the best fashion possible with the condition of flowers received. Legends is not responsible for flowers received in poor condition. Our pretreatment process has great success in reviving many varieties yet some damaged flowers will need replacements.
